Today’s 2 minutes…. Sun salutations! Believe me, sound 5-10 of these in a row will get your heart rate up, the blood flowing, and your mind settled.
Start in a slight back bend with arms overhead, flow to a bend, half raise, and then to a plank position for a few breaths, down thru a push-up to a cobra back extension for another couple breaths. From here flow up to downwards dog, jump the feet up to the hands, into a standing fold, and back to the start position!
