What is Holistic Nutrition:

Holistic nutrition focuses on healing an individual as a whole. This incudes taking a natural approach using whole and locally grown foods, supplements, lifestyle changes by bringing the body back to optimal health. Holistic nutrition incorporates a mind, body and spirit approach, and gets to the root cause of the underlying issue. A holistic diet includes natural and organic foods, to support deficiencies, which may be causing imbalances in the body, resulting in chronic health.

A Holistic Nutritionist’s training focuses on science, body functions and symptoms, whole foods and quality food production and processes, natural source supplements, healthy lifestyle practices, and the connections between the body, mind and spirit.

Our Holistic Nutritionist, Christina, works closely with her clients to develop a plan that is sustainable and achievable for them. This is done through a detailed consultation, meal planning where necessary, and the addition of natural supplements where necessary.
