As I aged and my old injuries reared their ugly heads, I needed constructive intervention strategies to re-model and strengthen my body. Over the last 6 weeks, I exercised under Kathlyn’s guidance and supervision to target my specific areas of deficiency and strengthen them. I was able to dramatically improve my strength, posture and balance. I am now able to do cardio work like cross country skiing and snow shoeing without incurring injuries. My “core” is stronger. I intend to continue working with Kathlyn’s expert advice to further strengthen my physique and straighten my posture. I know how much this will benefit my riding and how positive it will be for my horse to be able to carry me when I have the ability to remain centred, tall and strong.
